The Big HSCN & SOPA Tea Break: Ageing Well in Highland
SOPA partnered with the Highland Senior Citizens Network for an online Tea Break on 9th September 2021. The session included a discussion with Dr Martin Wilson, Consultant Physician at Raigmore Hospital, on Positive Actions for Ageing Well. We then broke into 5 groups to discuss different aspects of positive ageing.
