Post Assembly, Cabinet Secretary for Pensioners’ Rights Shona Robison said:

“I was delighted to attend the sixth Scottish Older People’s Assembly and to hear about the experiences and concerns of older people.

“It is essential that our older people continue to be heard and have a voice in our society.  The Assembly has made great progress to ensure that they have a place to discuss and debate their future.  I look forward to working with them further to ensure their rights are fully protected, respected and realised.”
