SOPA meets with disability organisations
On 15 July SOPA met with representatives from the Scottish Independent Living Coalition (see Independent Living in Scotland) and Disability Agenda Scotland (DAS) to build connections and discuss opportunities for collaboration. SOPA is keen to develop its understanding of disability and its impact on later life. The meeting was very valuable for all participants and a number of actions for joint working are anticipated, with SOPA looking forward to developing this alliance.
